New to CrossFit? We've got you! "Foundations" is designed to set you up for long term success with your training. These 3 private/semi private coaching sessions deliver a comprehensive understanding of the CrossFit methodology and hands on instruction of the basic CrossFit movements. Think CrossFit 101. Each session will also include a workout designed specifically for you. Additionally, these sessions are scheduled by appointment so they offer more flexibility to fit your schedule.
